Horror is a genre which makes clowns, beds, children, men, dark streets and even your own mother scary.  Not to mention the zombies.  The vampires.  Heck, the supernatural and spooky stuff.  It is all about accessing our deepest darkest fears.  Horror is not ‘my genre’, but I thought I’d give it a bash.





She was frozen to her chair; nerve endings in her toes screaming for mercy as she watched him advance.  In those seconds, time did not freeze, nor did her life flash before her eyes.  Instead, as she had dreamed many times, the motions of the creature were slow and measured.  Her breath caught in her throat…
