Don’t let yourself go; try and do a full body workout every other day and make sure to increase your heart rate for a minimum of 30 minutes; running on a treadmill for too long will make your ankles weak and calf muscles chunky; a size 16 is a little on the heavy side, do you remember when you were a 10? We were so proud of you; as long as you are happy though, that is what counts; I’m so glad you aren’t like one of those stick insects on the television; be womanly but healthy at the same, and enjoy treats like wine and chocolate…only not too often; are you sure you want to eat that? Yes. It isn’t very good for you.
